The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall, making it perfect for those who want to shop. the key location is great as it is easily accessible by public transport and offers easy access to tourist attractions. the hotel's spacious and comfortable rooms were a real treat!

The hotel staff was not very helpful and did not provide adequate service and amenities. For example, they did not provide any bottled water or even an empty glass during our stay.

Where do I even begin? The bathroom lock was broken and had to be changed after complaining.

We were not even provided with a single bottle of water or even an empty glass. On top of that, the staff was not co-operative at all. The service charge was added to the bill even though we did not receive any service.
